The "Strong Social Entrepreneur Girls" (SSeG)
The "Strong Social Entrepreneur Girls" (SSeG) project, under Erasmus+ KA210-VET, focuses on empowering disadvantaged female vocational high school students by equipping them with social entrepreneurship and technological skills. The project aims to address gender inequality in employment and education by integrating innovative educational methods. Four modules will be developed, covering global market technological transformations, creative social entrepreneurship, career paths in technology, and practical problem-solving skills using tools like AR/VR. Target groups include students, educators, and local communities, aiming to enhance employability, creativity, and leadership among participants while fostering social and economic development. The transnational collaboration between partners in Germany, Türkiye, North Macedonia, and Italy will ensure diverse expertise and perspectives, enriching the project's outcomes. Activities will include training sessions, workshops, and case studies, complemented by eTwinning projects and digital modules. The project's ultimate goal is to reduce the gender gap in technology and entrepreneurship fields, promote inclusive economic growth, and create a replicable model for vocational education that addresses real-world challenges and market demands.
